16. He wants dim lighting if he can't wear makeup

I heard but do not know if it is true that he can't have on his orange makeup for his mug shot. He won't want to wash it off when he arrives as then it would be timed and we would all know it takes an hour to scrape that crap off. It will be harder to see detail at dusk at just how pasty he really is
