14. Here's another Theory

Perhaps CheeseBro asked for the early trial date on purpose, with that purpose being he walks into court on Oct 23rd, and pleads guilty to a lesser charge because he has FLIPPED and will work as a witness for the prosecution in the other 18 cases.

Its a stretch, but I'm pretty certain Fulton County has let it be known if there are any "life rafts" available for those indicted who are willing to go Flipper for the prosecution.
