some say skipping actual measurements can be normal in different locations, where stats are just copied from other sources when available.

A gentleman in for booking yesterday told press outside that he recognized Giuliani as he was walked during booking by the holding cell that person was sharing with forty others. Suggests things can be pretty busy normally.

Whatever. I'm not just disappointed (I am!), but disapproving. Understaffed, confirmed data not available, leave it blank. Maybe that wouldn't look good...
