He just got a ticket for parking illegally in the handicapped space and then blew .32 on the Breathalyzer after trying to drive away and knocking over a caddy in the parking lot.

Beyond that, even when he huffed and puffed and asked "Do You Know Who I Am?!?!&quot TM), the arresting officer didn't give a shit and gently assisted him in getting into the back of the cruiser.
