The expert on China that Navarro made up as an anagram of his name, a fake expert he often quoted as reasons for policies related to negotiations with China. So our major trade negotiations with China were based on a figment of Navarro’s imagination. He is so typical of the abysmal quality of the people in Trump’s administration and those he surrounded himself with as advisers.
