The 1% is worthy of his undivided professional attentions the folks on the lower end of the income spectrum simply do not deserve his attentions and/or sympathy.

The woman who was killed by the speeding police car was by him rated an inconsequential person unworthy of any concern or respect. He and his police brethren would not be held liable for their actions and the city would only have to fork over 11K to settle the wrongful death claim.
