I said this a while back--Trump can or might use his mental state as a defense.
He just might. Time will tell. Of course he would have to put his money into someone else's trust and I don't believe he would do that!==yet the prospect of jail time just might persuade him.

I used to think Trump knew he was lying to us and didn't care.

After watching two TV interviews with him this week, I think he doesn't know:
1. The difference between Obama, Clinton and Biden.
2. Who he is running against.
3. what's real.
4. The airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow.

He's demented.

That might just be his most viable defense strategy as he faces felony charges
