9. Karem was right the first time. He lies and doesn't care.

If he is memory impaired, that is a recent development. It clearly is intermittent. He was savy enough to realize that he can’t win with just his base, and now has decided to attempt to appeal just an eensy weensy bit to reproductive rights advocates with his latest call for limited access to abortion. He watches the news and knows the power of this issue.
