27. Just outta curiosity, what are the prices like?

I can buy a vape pen of really good stuff* with a street price of $40. Are the prices in legal states higher or lower?

*really good stuff. In the eighties, I could smoke a giant joint and have a really nice buzz from it, but the stuff nowadays... sheesh! Three or four hits and I'm zoned-out for a solid hour. Better living through science!
