The businesses have been dissolved and are are in receivership pending determination of damages.
The damages the da is seeking are termed as a "minimum" of $250M, not exactly that amount. It could actually be closer to $1.6B.
Even after assets are liquidated to satisfy the damage award, no member of the suit will be able to do business in ny again. If any assets remain, they will be sold snd the money will be returned, but will not be allowed to be invested in nys.
None will be left over if the award approaches $700M. Probably much less. There is a lot of debt on those properties. Nys will have to claw out the unfulfilled damages.
This is a disaster for the family.
