although I guess google has lead me to Ballotpedia http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Illinois_State_Senate_elections,_2012

Sort of making this thread redundant.

Also turns out my own SOS was inaccurate and in spite of the seeming bloodbath, Kansas Democrats actually made gains in this last election. Picked up a Senate Seat and two house seats.

It's now 9 to 31 in the Senate and 35 to 90 in the House
