These groups of dirt bikers are driving around in packs and harassing drivers in my town, too. It's difficult for the police to stop it.

My theory is that COVID caused a lot of young people to drop out of school. Now they're 17-18 years old, they haven't been in school for several years, and they don't have jobs. These are the kids who are flash-shoplifting, attacking people, and driving around in packs.

It's not "liberal" District Attorneys. It's the result of the pandemic.
