3. Yea, when I was a new Ensign I heard this account frequently

It was used as a cautionary tale for when we handled classified information. I had forgotten it.

It just boggles my mind how Trump and his administration were so absolutely careless and irresponsible with our nation's top secrets. I mean writing grocery lists on the back of secret documents? Using top secrets as party chit chat? Putin has all our top secrets now. I wonder what else they plan to do with them?
