One annoying thing about it (in a PC browser, anyway) I just found is that videos have only one control on them - mute/unmute. No pause, or go back to the beginning, let alone scroll to a specific point (or an indication of how long the video is, or where you are in it). This means, with the video starting muted (which is a fair choice, if you have the ability to restart), you miss the first few seconds of sound, while you remember, and get the mouse over the unmute button. And then have to watch the whole thing through and start again, if you want to check if you missed something.
It seems a very poor way of presenting a video. I mean, cassettes had more functionality, and they're over half a century old.
