No Representative has been expelled without a criminal conviction since the Civil War. Allowing this would create a new weapon in the political wars.
Plus itll help us win the seat in 2024.

My opinion is that this is a bad move. It's cynical and I can't see how cynicism helps us.

I have the cynical thought that Repubs, ie. Johnson, are also bringing up the vote because he's gay.
