Obviously - if there are five votes to overturn a lower court… you don’t have to “rig” anything to get the four votes needed to grant very. Similarly… if you can’t get four votes to hear an appeal of an anti-democracy ruling… you obviously can’t get five votes to overturn it.

Again - no need to “rig” anything
