You can peruse the board and find Many who seem to have a singular objective... you better believe it. As for the gain, that is tough, it could be disapointment or it could be for pay, for me I wouldn't take the job regardless of the pay, much like I would never be a Mitt Romney, or a Hedge Fund Manager. If I had no morals I could pull off being everything but Mitt.
