Unfortunately because of his orange makeup, spray tan, hair transplants and manic, arm waiving, Adderall fueled rally speeches a lot of Americans don't view him as being old.

Lots of people mistake his mania as a sign of youthful energy. That's why if you actually listen to Trump or read a transcript of his speeches nothing he says makes any sense. It's all incoherent psychobabble unless he's reading one of Stephen Miller's hateful speeches off teleprompter.
