convicted felons' right to vote. Then the Republican-dominated Florida legislature passed a law creating insurmountable hurdles, effectively preventing felons from regaining the franchise. I guess Florida Republicans think 66.7% will be just enough to stop future ballot initiatives from ever taking effect.
