(5,126 posts)And because VPs are more under the radar, he can continue to keep getting things done and Kamala does the majority of the campaigning which is hard on anyone.
It's STILL the same team, but with enough of a difference to energize voters AND Joe doesn't go any where.
Think about how much his experience and connections benefited Obama and how much has to be done.
Keeping this TEAM in the White House keeps the agenda moving forward and gives Joe a little respite.
VP is still a huge job, he could still jump on picket lines, but he wouldn't be under the same minute scrutiny.
It would free him up to keep chugging along.
AND if it wipes the primary challengers out of the water, we have less dissent in DEM party and more people behind the team KEEPING Joe in the White House.
