8. Mittens is accustomed to getting what he wants.

And this was the biggest thing he ever wanted; he assumed he would get it, just like he got everything else. And he can't seem to process the fact that he didn't get this Very Big Thing that he not only wanted but felt entitled to. So he's blaming it on all the stupid little people, the moochers and takers (that would be you and me) who failed to see his greatness because we are a bunch of foolish children who were distracted by all the stuff Obama was giving us, like six-year-olds on Christmas morning (hey, Barack, where's the 10-speed food processor I wanted?).

Will he go away on his own? I don't know. But I'm guessing the GOPers will do their best to "disappear" him like they did W. They'll dump him down the memory hole and hope nobody mentions him for awhile. He'll be kind of like the relative nobody wants to invite to family gatherings any more because of disturbing but unproven rumors of inappropriate behavior with farm animals.
