The questions I have is - how do they track these types of documents - while still in our possession? What was the last body of people that had access to this document and who were the players within this body?

Reading back my comments here - I guess I made the assumption that this document was somehow smuggled out of the country to Russia.

I don't know if that is a fair assumption.

Also - I'm reading about this document here. I don't think I've heard any MSM TV news outlet make any comments about this document yet.

We already know that Tr**p had a whole slew of top secret documents squirreled away at Mar-A-Lago. I also read that Tr**p summoned this document to the WH in the last days of his administration. Hmmmmm......
