2. If 4Chan Actually Hacked into ORCA

then they should be able to produce some proof of its sinister intentions, at least if the hackers are any good. If it was just a denial of service attack (as they have done on other occasions), then their knowledge of Rove's plans is hearsay.

If that is the case, their actions would at the very least seem to fall into the category of election-day dirty tricks. If someone brought down Democratic election-day software, I would certainly have a problem with it.
