it will be the SCOTUS that determines whether Dump has been adjudicated to have participated in an insurrection.

Undoubtedly, he did, but I'd be surprised if this 6-3 Supreme Court rules that way. Maybe if verdicts had been returned in Jack Smith's case confirming it, but that's not going to happen before the primaries.

It would be nice if California and some other large blue states joined Colorado in this decision, so that if the SCOTUS somehow allows it, Tangerine Idi Amin wouldn't have enough delegates for the nomination.
