The Supreme Court was never going to rule that a president has immunity.

The J6 trial is scheduled for March 4th, the Supreme Court can delay its decision causing the J6 trial date to be moved. Eh-Lean Cannon has her trial date scheduled for May 20th.

Do the math, oh and Cannon's trial will never in a million years happen on May 20th, that trial date blocks both Fani Willis and Jack Smith.
