Read about wounded knee massacre and what lead up to it. During the story of the “American Oz” on the American experience What was going on in the area was covered. Frank Baum. Author of book “Wizard of Ozz” lived in Aberdeen SD at the time. Even thou I grew up there and knew that Frank lived there nothing was ever said about what he did there. Very interesting and then sad to learn the details of what lead up to that massacre. I knew about the massacre but not the what and why..
