My Trumper BIL suffers from heart disease * [View all]

* two heart attacks. He "died" in the ambulance and his heart was restarted. Two stents and he's still alive now... one year later.

The idiot still smokes more than a pack a day but takes Rx meds for his condition. He's now telling us that "he's not allowed to have a Covid vaccine or annual flu vaccine" because of his heart disease. HUH???!!!

Is there ANY world in which this could possibly be true? I think he's lying to us. I can't find anything on the Heart Association website that recommends AGAINST getting either vaccine. In fact, it says that the risks associated with the vaccines are minimal compared to the benefits.

My immunocompromised husband won't allow him in our house (because he's unvaxxed) but he thinks it's because I don't like his politics. I don't, but that's beside the point. --- He's in his mid 50's (but looks like he's 70) and I figure he'll be dead soon enough anyway.

Sigh. You can't pick your family members, but that doesn't mean you have to put up with them (much).
