what before was a wedding party or a family of 12 in a mud walled hut or a roomful of journalists or a school of children or a hospital of patients become
"militants" after they are bombed.
Not just limited to American drone attacks, I should point out. God knows there are too many examples from Bosnia to Libya to Iraq to Syria, etc etc etc etc ad nauseum.
