I'd love to meet an alien. I do believe they are out there somewhere, just not convinced that somewhere is here.

If they did show up here, they would decidedly not be friendly, and they would not have any kind of a prime directive. They frankly wouldn't give a crap about us as a species other than evaluate us as a threat or as a food source.

And they wouldn't come all the way here. For any reason. Why bother. It would be a waste of time and resources.

We need to get over ourselves. We just aren't important. We aren't even interesting.
