Like, how unabashedly unashamed do you have to be to trot that one out?

You expect a certain degree of dumb. "Hamas is just resistance, and their behavior is understandable given the oppression!" That's just run-of-the mill dopey college level eye-rolling dumb from people who don't know anything.

But to actually spread around "Jews are killing Baby Jesus!" while hinting over at the blood libel and think, "I am so good at activisting, you guys!"
