12. OK but is it special secret snow?

Remember the secret snow several years ago? We saw videos of people trying to melt snow with Bic lighters and getting all excited when it didn't melt. They said the snow was chemically altered, electrically charged, voodoo cursed, and so on. They blamed the CIA, FBI, deep state, the devil, or whatever. We live in a country where nothing, literally nothing, can happen unless secret dark forces are responsible.
