4. That is an interesting question. My thought is that their Christianity is cultural.

Most of the people they know identify as Christian, and being Christian to them means going along with their culture. Their culture idolizes Donald Trump now, so, of course they go along.

It's a bit too easy though to say, oh those hypocritical Christians. Most of us follow our culture where it leads us. Very few people can actually stand alone behind their beliefs.
