6. Is this an attempt to market "Iron Dome?" Create lots of jobs eventhough no one is attacking us.

I really think the bus bomb and the potential for a long drawn out ground conflict did more to get this deal through than anything else. Hats off to HRC. In no way do I mean to belittle her role in this nor the President's role. We never really know what goes on behind the scenes. Just glad it is over for now.
