First off, Joe didn’t answer the question asked of him. Secondly, telling his opponent to "Shut up, man" isnt all that satisfying of a slap-down of a jerk who richly deserved one -- and I doubt it would be at all effective in GOTV efforts or persuading swing voters.

The format of televised presidential debates need to be seriously reformed. Candidates should NEVER be allowed to talk over one another.
