59. A number of reasons this might be happening:

I think he is wearing heels, lifts or the front of his feet are standing on a small platform.
So this is throwing off his balance when he is standing. He is tilting slightly forward. So arms
are almost in front of him.

I think they are trying to make him look taller or to stop swaying back and forth when he talks.
The swaying could be dementia or the drugs he is obviously taking.

Or it could all be connected to dementia posture, hunching over and shuffling the feet.

ETA I think his minders are in a bind. He obviously is very agitated, angry and acting out.
So they are sedating him it looks like. That is why his words are slurred.
Probably with benzodiazepines (tranquilizers) which causes other symptoms, so maybe they add more drugs.

In the military they have what they call "go" and "no go" drugs to help in combat.
Uppers and downers. It looks like Trump may be on this kind of cocktail.
Which you cannot do for any length of time or you have a lot of problems.
