74. Eh, every website has the right to make its own rules.

This doesn't really bother me. Of course, that's easy for me to say, since I'm not in the habit of posting over there, but I really do think the owners of a site like Kos have the right to ban whatever language they want, whether I agree with their choices or not.

I also don't have a problem with people using rude nicknames for either him or his followers. Whether it "accomplishes" anything or not is beside the point, imo. I see it as a way to blow off steam, an outlet for the frustration of having that vile creature in our faces for all these years, knowing that he and his minions would like to take away our rights and then kill us all. I think we've earned the right to make fun of those mofos any way we want.

But that doesn't mean Kos or any other site is obligated to provide a platform for posting these kinds of things. I'd be upset to see rules like that here here at DU, but I'm not paying the bills for other sites to keep their lights on, so to speak, so I don't feel entitled to get a vote on how those sites are run.

Just my personal opinion, fwiw.
