not one that I know (as far as I know) is the sick f*ck that Trump himself is.

They have many reasons for supporting Trump - mostly that they care about certain things and have been bamboozled into thinking Biden (and Dems generally) are evil and against their values, while Trump will support their values. Deluded, but not "sick f*cks" by any means.
