11. I witnessed and elderly couple quiz a young woman at Wally World one day maybe 15 years ago.

I got the feeling they were Paul Harvey fans and were upset with some of the negative PR Walmart was getting. They asked her if she liked her job and was happy with the pay and benefits and she of course told them she was.

I wanted to step in and say WTF do you expect her to say? If she tells you anything but what you want to hear and you rat on her, she's fired! For all I knew they were stooges sent in to ferret out any malcontents. I could see them doing that.

A few years alter I had that Walmart on my dairy route. I really liked the shipping and receiving department head and also their grocery department head. Jim, the shipping and receiving guy eventually hooked up with a Frito Lay job. He started out running vacation routes for them. Walmart called the local Frito Lay manager and told them he was not allowed to deliver to any of their stores in the area! After nine years as a good employee they tried to screw him for leaving.
