The participants should book their room three months prior if they are going to visit such big hotels. Moreover Marriott is too big and famous hotels with good services. As some part of it is damaged by sand, it adds more shortage to stay. To cover up the shortage, the guest rooms can be utilized to stay. The tent houses I think are nice option.
