AI - and it resulting 'product' - just does not fit neatly (or at at all?) into these parameters ...
And good luck on finding the 'architect' or 'significant contribution' (either in singular, or multiples willing to 'share' credit) behind completely new and groundbreaking theory, processes, materials, etc.
And pity the magistrates trying to sort through the blood bath ...
