Living in a community where many people are retired from successful careers, like you I value their expertise in their fields and love the conversations.

I agree on Biden and would add that he also deserves a huge amount of credit for the team of people he gathered for his cabinet and the white House. It may be that that is the most important skill needed. For contrast, consider how poor Trump's choices were and how many chiefs of staff he had.
