Look at what he's doing. Delay, delay, delay. Nuisance motions. Extreme (to the nth degree) political rhetoric, especially about his political opponents. Maneuvering to get his daughter as co-chair of the RNC so they can pay his legal bills.
He couldn't make his guilt more Mr. Obvious.
