Jack Smith would have been a greater choice at AG

Biden should have picked someone like him or a RFK Sr type.

RFK Sr was fearless in the Kennedy administration going after the mob.

Garland seems to be overly concerned about not appearing to be political.

If Biden wins reelection, I hope he puts Jack Smith either as AG or FBI director.
