Put him in with all of the other fellow dregs of humanity. If it's good enough for the likes of Robert Hanssen, Zaccarias Moussaoui, The Unibomber, Eric Rudolph, the Oklahoma City bombers, and El Chapo, it's good enough for him. He'll fit right in with all those terrorists, mobsters, and killers. No need for Secret Service protection there, either.
