None of them have that much to give. So hope the judge doesn't go all soft and tells him tough shit, no delay and that action to enforce the judgement will commence on the stated date.

In FL. judgements have to be filed and that's separate from a ruling. If it were here, the court would file the judgement on or after the date required for the money. Then the judgement is "perfected" and you can place liens and liquidate the property after 30 days of the perfecting. Don't know what NY requirements are.
