Journalistic ethics does not allow for altered official photographs to be published. You must declare they are, and they will NOT be used. KP's Instagram, etc.? Up to them. Given to the ROTA, AP, etc.? Nope cannot do.

This is SO BAD all major news orgs (AP, Reuters, etal) have declared KP untrustworthy as a source, so anything coming form William and Kate's household are literally being treated like media from Iran, North Korea, etc.

This is a big deal. A Huge deal.
