I read the facts before posting the article. The guy has a rap sheet a mile long. He was previously arrested for murder, and they had to let him go. Assuming he completes the program, he'll be back on the streets.

But hey, more chances. Fuck the Asian grandma he almost killed. Tough for her, I guess.

The AAPI community keeps seeing "tough for our elders" in the Bay Area. It's weird how it keeps happening.

At least Brooke Jenkins knew the score.
