1. I was pondering something similar only yesterday...

I believe that instead of speaking of eliminating “trickle down economics”. Which not only seems to acknowledge some sort of acceptance of that as the prevailing system, but leaps directly into the ‘good or bad’ of the conservative’s forty year old ballpark.

Instead the people who want change should talk about their vision of what system they would like to see, rising water floats all boats. Something like “bubble up economics”.

Ignoring getting caught up in the finger trap of discussing the merits of a widely acknowledged failure. Even by many of those who implemented it.
