There's a line between being politically involved and politically obsessed. The vast majority of what is going on with Trump is outside our control. We do well to focus on what matters around us in our daily lives and not lose sight of the things that are truly important.

You can also just take a walk around the block and take a breather that way. Don't need to travel to Paris.
