The judge loves, like a family member, that gets hurt or killed. Its a shame.

It would take a judge with guts and no brains to put him jail when he hasn't violated a gag order

Loophole? Is not the judge a court employee? Did he need to specify that separately?

The judge is not "court staff". So yes, he would have to specify the "court" or the "judge" separately from staff.
